Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide one-on-one home healthcare with patients in their own homes. You will deliver direct nursing care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and adapt to individualized care plans while coordinating with the healthcare team.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for full-time, part-time, and PRN work, and consistent support from local clinical and office teams. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
