Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide one-on-one home care for patients in their homes in a flexible, patient-centered role. The position supports consistent assignments, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available and strong clinical backing.

You will perform direct nursing care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure individualized care plans are followed. Quality, compassionate service is at the core of this role.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
