Maxim Healthcare Services in Ohio seeks an LPN for home-based care. You will provide direct patient care in the home, monitor conditions, and administer medications per care plans.

Flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical support are offered, with opportunities across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license and current BLS certification, with 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
