Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Hourly pay ranges from $30 to $33, with weekly paychecks and comprehensive benefits.

The role emphasizes nursing processes, home-based care, and documentation to support patient health outcomes and quality of life. LPN/LVN licensure, TB test, BLS, and preferred 1 year of nursing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
