Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients in Charlottesville, VA. You will apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and administer medications as prescribed.
