Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients in the United States. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process while delivering skilled nursing services per physician orders.

Strong documentation and observation skills are essential. TB or Chest X-Ray verification and BLS certification are required, with a preference for at least one year of professional nursing

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Valid TB test or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
