Health Here is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients in Granville, IL. You will perform assessments, plan and implement care, and monitor patients to respond to changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
