Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to deliver 1:1 home care to patients across a home-based setting. You will provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

Flexible scheduling includes day, evening, and overnight shifts, with options for full-time, part-time, and PRN. Responsibilities include administering medications, supporting individualized care plans, and ensuring documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Drug Screen required.
• Current BLS certification required.
