Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide skilled nursing care on full-time day shifts. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs, and deliver care per physician orders in home or facility settings.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN/LVN license in the state, current TB/Chest X-ray and BLS, and have strong patient-care and data collection skills. Maxim offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
