Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their home environments. Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray required.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
