Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with patients 1-on-1.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders for each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the relevant state.
• Current 2-Step TB test or Chest X-Ray (less than a year old).
• Current BLS card (Hands-On only).
• FBI/CAC clearance (less than a year old).
