Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Job description

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Pay Range: $30/hr - $33/hr

We are currently seeking a nurse in the Morton area to work with a 20-year-old male from Monday through Wednesday, 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. The patient is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, has G-tube feeds, and uses a bi-pap overnight.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
