Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to work with a patient in the comfort of their own home. You will provide skilled nursing care using the nursing process, performing assessments and delivering prescribed orders in a home setting.

Shifts available day or night with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state where practice is required.
• TB test or chest X-ray completed.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and documents data and nursing diagnoses.
