Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Anderson, SC is hiring an LPN to provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home. Positions available for full-time or part-time night shifts (10pm–8am) with every-other-weekend work.

Competitive hourly pay ($35-$38) and weekly paychecks accompany a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include assessing and implementing the nursing plan, documenting care, and monitoring patient signs and symptoms.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state (SC).
• TB test or chest X-ray documentation is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• One year of professional nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

Education

LPN/LVN license (SC)

TB or Chest X-Ray

Current BLS card

One year nursing experience preferred
