Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to work with a patient in the comfort of their own home, offering day or night shifts with competitive pay. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders and monitor patient health status.

Requirements include current LPN/LVN license in the state, TB/Chest X-ray, current BLS, and one year of nursing experience preferred. Maxim offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
