Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Liberty, MO is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Full Time, Part Time, PRN positions available. Competitive pay with weekly paychecks and solid benefits.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and provide skilled nursing services per orders. Requirements: LPN license in MO, current TB or Chest X‑ray, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in the state where practice is required.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
