Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Butler, MO is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full Time, Part Time, PRN positions available.

The LPN must hold an active license in the practice state, and have current TB/Chest X-Ray and BLS certification. The position offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the practice state is required.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray is current.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
