Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Liberty, MO seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in patients' homes. Full Time, Part Time, and PRN positions are available. Competitive pay with weekly paychecks and a full benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and delivering skilled nursing services per orders. Current LPN license, TB/ Chest X-ray, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• LPN license current in the practicing state.
• TB test or chest X-ray current.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
