Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Columbia is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Full Time, Part Time, and PRN roles available. Hourly pay ranges from $32 to $36, with benefits and sign-on incentives.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to deliver individualized care, performing assessments, and documenting patient status. Qualified candidates hold an active LPN license, current TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS certification current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per orders on each assignment.

Hourly Pay: $32 - $36 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Columbia is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Full Time, Part Time, PRN positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
