Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing support in the home setting on a full-time basis. The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with a third shift (9:30 PM–6:00 AM) and competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess changes in patients' physical and psychosocial conditions.
• Collect, analyze, and document health information and nursing observations.
• Collaborate with office staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
