Maxim Healthcare in Leesburg, VA is seeking an LPN to deliver direct patient care in the home on a 1:1 basis. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and support individualized care plans to improve outcomes.

This role offers full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts. You will have dedicated local clinical and office support, ongoing training, and a focus on compassionate, patient‑centered care for adults

Competenze

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license
