Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide personalized 1:1 home care. You will deliver direct patient care in patients’ homes, monitor conditions, administer treatments, and help implement individualized care plans with ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).
