Job summary

Maxim Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients in the Farmington, MN area. The role supports part-time or full-time schedules and offers competitive pay with weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, monitoring conditions, and documenting findings. Required LPN/LVN license and BLS, with preference for 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray completed.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Collect, analyze, and document nursing data and diagnoses.

Hourly Pay:

• Salary: $32 - $40 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Madison, WI is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes in the Farmington, MN area.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
