Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Missouri is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time or PRN assignments. You will deliver skilled nursing care under prescribed orders, and apply the nursing process on each assignment to support patient recovery and wellbeing.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license in the practicing state, have a current TB or Chest X-Ray, and a valid BLS card. Maxim offers competitive pay, benefits, and sign-on and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
