Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Athens, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients. Cases may include G-tube, Trach, and Vent with day or night shifts available in 8, 10, and 12 hour lengths.

Competitive pay ($25-$32/hour), weekly paychecks, and benefits such as health/dental/vision, HSA, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan accompany this role. Sign-on bonuses of $1,200 (day) and up to $4,000 (night) are available.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from health care members and documents diagnoses.
