Maxim Healthcare in Arlington, TN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Formación

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
