Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide skilled nursing across Home Health and Hospice in the greater Oklahoma City area. This hybrid role welcomes nurses who value variety and meaningful patient connections, with the chance to work across two inpatient/outpatient care settings.

You will follow physician-directed care plans, document visits, administer medications, and educate patients and families about care plans and what to expect.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Oklahoma.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or related clinical setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Adaptable nurses who enjoy variety and want to build skills across both specialties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care across both Home Health and Hospice patients, gaining exposure to two distinct sides of nursing.
• Follow physician-directed plans of care and document visits accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and what to expect.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team promptly.
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation, providing after-hours support as needed.

Your Schedule

• Full-time position
• Two weekends per month
• A weekday off following each weekend you work
• Rotating on-call coverage shared across the team

What You'll Earn

• $30–$35 per visit, negotiable based on experience
• Weekly pay every Friday
