Empath Home Health in Naples, FL seeks a caring full-time LPN to deliver individualized home health care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will provide nursing services, observe patients, report adverse reactions, assist with the plan of care, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license.
• 1–2 years LPN experience, preferably in home health.
• IV Certification strongly preferred.

• Assists in carrying out the plan of care and performs procedures as directed.
• Educates patients and families on diet, medications, and treatments.
