Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for evening or overnight weekend shifts in Henrico County, VA. This role offers a predictable schedule with 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm every other weekend, and no holiday shifts.

You will provide direct nursing care in patients' homes, administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with a compassionate healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Virginia LPN license.
• Experience in home health or related nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time during weekend shifts.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in Henrico County.
