Job summary

Artis Senior Living of Yardley is seeking a PRN Coordinator of Health & Wellness (LPN/LVN) to support residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. You will monitor care, administer medications per physician orders, and supervise CNAs and caregivers to ensure compassionate service.

Starting pay is $33 per hour with shifts across 7-3pm, 3-11pm, and 11-7am. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment are offered. This is a PRN role based in Yardley, PA.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN/LVN license in state.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia or geriatric care preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical monitoring and support for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia.
• Oversee medications management and administer treatments per orders.
• Document and report care and resident changes.
