Job summary

Artis Senior Living in Wilmette, IL seeks a part-time Coordinator of Health & Wellness (LPN/LVN) to supervise CNAs and provide clinical monitoring for residents with Alzheimer's/dementia. You will administer medications, develop care plans, and ensure safety and quality of life in a compassionate community.

We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team, with shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am on alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must possess current LPN or LVN designation as granted by the State Board of Nursing.
• Continuing education credits as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and daily care.
• Administer medications and supervise medication management.
• Provide emotional support and ensure resident safety.
• Supervise CNAs and care staff according to guidelines.
• Assist with resident move-ins and community relations.
