Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Alabama.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Solid handle on medication administration and clinical documentation.
• Patience, clear communication, and steadiness on a busy day.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and monitor their well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and on time.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to the RN and physician.
• Help carry out and update care plans.
• Guide and support CNAs and set the shift pace.
• Keep documentation accurate and complete.
• Be a calm, friendly point of contact for residents and their families.
• Follow infection control practices and help keep the unit survey-ready.
