Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care under RN supervision. Responsibilities include oxygen administration, wound care, catheter insertion, dialysis support, and medication administration with strict records and safety protocols.

Administers nursing care within the scope of practice as set forth in Division (F) of Section 4723.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, under the direction of a registered nurse, licensed physician, dentist, podiatrist, optometrist or chiropractor. Tasks include but are not limited to administering oxygen, applying sterile dressings, inserting catheters, reinserting gastrostomy tubes, suctioning and irrigating wounds, giving enemas or douches, collecting specimens, performing dialysis treatments and operating hemodialysis equipment, assisting physicians with physical exams and laboratory tests, providing first‑aid and CPR in emergencies, administering controlled or non‑controlled medications, maintaining medication accountability records, observing and documenting patient conditions, preparing reports, providing general nursing and direct care, assisting with personal grooming, bathing, repositioning patients, responding to alarms, making medical appointments, escorting patients to recreational activities, leading one‑to‑one group activities, supervising lower‑level direct care staff, ordering medication and supplies, cleaning nursing stations, performing clerical tasks, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings as assigned.
