Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking an LPN to join our Nursing department in a role focused on direct patient care. You will work under RN supervision, administer medications, and participate in treatment planning to support underserved populations.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, State LPN licensure, CPR certification, and 1 year of clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients and contribute to treatment planning.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy where certified; run diagnostic tests per protocols.
• Assist in procedures, document nursing encounters, and communicate with staff and physicians.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and maintain adherence to policies for high-quality patient care.
