Job summary

Bibb Medical Center's Nursing Home is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. The LPN delivers quality nursing care to residents and supports a multidisciplinary team to promote well-being under Bibb Medical Center policies. Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, active Alabama LPN license, and CPR/BLS certification.

One year geriatric experience is preferred. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in Alabama.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required.
• CPR or BLS certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
