American Senior Communities Betz Nursing Home in Indiana is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. Earn $34-$38/hour with a $4/hour shift differential for the evening shift, and build meaningful relationships with residents while applying your nursing skills daily.

You will assess and document resident changes, collaborate with the care team, and support a culture built on C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana LPN license.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
