Job summary

Columbus Regional Health General Surgery is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our on-site team. The role includes delivering evidence-based nursing care, performing technical treatments, and supporting a six-surgeon practice in a weight loss and bariatric setting. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with days shifts.

Indiana LPN licensure and BLS are required within 30 days of hire. Experience in surgery settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school upon completion of practical nurse program.
• Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse or Multi-State Licensed Practical Nurse (through the Nurse Licensure Compact).
• Within 30 days of hire you must have: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, evidence-based care to an assigned group of patients.
• Perform technical treatments in delivering care to patients.
• Collaborate with the general surgery team to support perioperative and post-operative needs.
