Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. in Moore, OK seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to perform in accordance with the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act. You will develop care plans, ensure safe medication administration, and document care thoroughly.

Ideal candidates have a completed LPN program and valid Oklahoma license, with 1–2 years in clinical settings and current BLS certification. The role supports staff training and patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with completion of a vocational LPN program.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in clinical, hospital, or physician-office settings; clerical experience is a plus.
• Valid LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or an active Multistate license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with ongoing maintenance.

Compensation & Benefits
