Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to perform LPN duties under the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act. The role contributes to patient care planning, administers medications safely, maintains exam rooms, and documents nursing activities on a day shift.

The position requires an Oklahoma LPN license, BLS certification, and ideally 1 year of clinical or physician-office experience. It offers benefits, growth opportunities, and on-site work in Norman, OK.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse.
Experience
  • Prefer at least one year experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room and/or a hospital setting that provides patient care. Experience in office clerical activities desirable.
Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation ETC
  • Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment.
Compensation/Benefits
  • $18.80-$30.71/hr depending on previous work experience.
