Qualifications

• Knowledge of licensed practical nursing procedures and pharmacology.
• Ability to handle medical equipment and clinical documentation.
• Licensed Practical Nurse required with Ohio license.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor treatment per care plans.
• Document nursing notes, MARs, and physician orders.
• Liaise with physicians to communicate resident medical concerns.
• Attend medication reviews, admissions, discharges, and team meetings.
• Assist with physical exams and prepare medical records.
