Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Oak Hill is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00–7:00).

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, supervise CNAs, educate residents and families, and coordinate care with physicians. We offer a sign-on bonus, competitive wages, and a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
