The Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, rotating 12-hour shift (7-7) in Smyrna, Tennessee. Immediate start and a sign-on bonus are offered. Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking and recording vital signs, providing resident care and treatments, and supervising CNAs.

You will communicate with physicians and families to support outcomes. Must hold a Tennessee LPN license.
