Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Lakewood, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am).

You will provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care, administer medications including IVs, monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs; strong communication with physicians and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
