Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our skilled nursing and long-term care units. Eligible for an on-sign bonus and enhanced benefits as part of our fresh approach to care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, patient care, family education, and collaboration with physicians, NPs and the health care team. Supervision of CNAs will be required.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
• 12-hour shifts with day or night rotation.
• Ability to provide resident care, monitor outcomes and communicate with care team.

• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
