Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7).

You will administer medications including IVs, monitor vital signs, supervise CNAs, educate residents and families, and coordinate with physicians and NPs. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits. Immediate start with sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
• Experience with long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate with care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and IV care as prescribed.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor resident outcomes.
• Deliver resident education and family education where appropriate.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, and care team.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure quality of care.
