Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Franklin, TN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7). Immediate opening with sign-on bonus.

You will provide care in skilled and long-term care units, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs while coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
