Job summary
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for an 8-year-old child in Canonsburg, PA. The role is full-time with overnight shifts, weekends available, and one-on-one patient focus.
Responsibilities include ADL assistance, g-tube care/feedings, vitals and seizure monitoring, medication administration, and clear communication with the family and care team to deliver high-quality pediatric care.
Qualifications
- Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
- CPR certification required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Caring, independent, and passionate about pediatric care.

- Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
