Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in an assisted living setting under supervision of RNs, APNs, or physicians. You will perform assessments, administer medications, document outcomes, and support residents' health, safety, and comfort while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

• Knowledge of resident care principles and emergency response.
