Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to support residents' recovery goals (physical, occupational, and speech therapy).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

Job Summary
