Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in an assisted living setting under supervision. Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing professional nursing care in an assisted living setting, under supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians.
Responsibilities: Ensure resident health, comfort, and safety; assess residents; administer medications and treatments; document care and outcomes; recognize and respond to emergent situations; provide education and counseling to residents and families; support interdisciplinary team collaboration; perform testing and evaluate resident data; maintain confidentiality and effective communication.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to LPN licensure; current state licensure; preferred experience in long-term, sub-acute, or medical/surgical care; ability to perform clinical assessments and procedures.
Skills: Competency in nursing principles; effective communication; relationship-building with residents and healthcare team; ability to recognize problems and implement solutions; knowledge of resident education and self-care development.
